- MESA infant car seat (upper position) + Rumble Seat (lower position)
- Two MESA infant car seats – also requires Lower Adapters
- Two stroller Bassinets – also requires Lower Adapters
- Toddler seat (upper position) + stroller bassinet (lower position) – also requires Lower Adapters
